Bathos Bold

The idea for Bathos Bold grew out of with my fascination with wonky display typefaces such as Hobo & Cooper Black.
Like those faces, the distinguishing feature of Bathos Bold is the discrepancy between its outer contours and the shapes of its counterforms. A tension that gives the letters its off-kilter feel.
